📈The reality of progress is that it is not a straight linear path. You are not going to feel fit, muscular, or skinny every day. Some days you’re going to feel unfit, scrawny, or fat. You will feel great one day and terrible the next. This is simply a reality.

😫This constant up and down progression is what throws most people off of their goals. They get frustrated and feel as if they are not making any progress. The process is progress. Trust it.

🛣All that you can do is stay on the path and get a little bit better each day. Fitness is a marathon, not a sprint. It takes time to build muscle. It takes time to lose fat. It takes time to feel and look better.

🙅What you cannot allow to happen is for a bad day to completely derail all of your progress. Don’t throw in the towel and negate all of your gains by giving up for a week. Maintain the course. Remember the days that you do feel good and come back to them on the days that you don’t.

💪You got this. Push through the lows and cherish the highs. If it was easy, then everyone would be fit with 6 pack abs and killer buns.
