🎁The best gift that you can give yourself this Christmas will not be under the tree. It is your fitness. Treat yourself to some health and wellness this holiday. There is no better time than the holiday season to start setting some fitness goals.

💯However, the difference needs to be that these goals are attainable and maintainable. Too often people set unrealistic expectations and “New Year’s Resolutions. This almost always ends in failure. Start slow. Work your way into bigger changes. Begin with something that you can do right away. What is one thing that you can change? What type of fitness regime will you maintain?
