A 75-year study from Harvard reveals the key to success and happiness.

This study reveals a simple way to be happier and more successful: Spend more time with people who make you happy.

It was found that close, positive relationships can make or break a person’s well-being. Having someone to lean on keeps brain function high and reduces emotional and physical pain. People who feel lonely are more likely to experience health declines earlier in life, and they tend to die sooner, the study says.

You don’t have to have a large group of friends, even just a few quality relationships are enough. The work of maintaining these positive relationships is worth it. Building positive relationships is also as 1 of 5 habits of self-made millionaires.
